Brief History:

1912 - founded by the Tseutse Colony of Freiheitreich and colonised by the humanoid Carthaginian population of Tseutse and immigrants from various nations of Wysteria.
1975 - Tseutse Genocide and the extermination of the Avian Race. The Colony iss been launched into anarchy.
1976 - Tthe Federation of 12 Carthages claims and takes control of Freiheitreich and organises it into a Carthaginian Colony.
1989 - Internal autonomy is granted.
December 2006 - After a referendum for self-determination, Carthago XIII proclaims its sovereignty.
February 1 2007- Carthago XIII forms The Carthaginian Union with the Federation of 12 Carthages.

The 13th Colony of Carthage’s Republic of Liberia (Respublica Liberia Coloniae Tresdecimae Carthaginis ), is made up of 12 provinces: Nilotia, Amsaga , Amsaga Inferior, Liberia , Celtiana, Vita, Poenia, Cirtae, Thusdrus, Numidia, Byzacium Novum, Campania
